For over a decade I have been making stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding and event cakes. My passion for cakes developed from running the dessert and cold kitchen of a fine French restaurant in my youth. My very first wedding cake was my own and from that day my nickname became the "cake guy". As I was referred to more and more people for cakes, a dream took form.
