Thank you for enriching our wonderful gathering. We were welcoming our daughter to our family and wanted a special cake to mark this joyous occasion. It was pure delight to see this beautiful and original cake. Everyone was in awe and we were thrilled. We look forward to more of your wonderful creations!

When my sons 2nd birthday came around I wanted a cake that would be special and that he would take one look at and recognize the characters. These days he has a love for Handy Manny and you can't find anything in the stores with thes
e characters on them.
When I approached you to do the cake you didn't skip a beat,
even though you were not certain who Manny was. You were very helpful in giving me ideas of what the cake would look like and I couldn't wait to see the end result. When I brought the cake home I was so amazed with the great job you did, it looked exactly like the cartoon!
At the party when I brought the cake out everyone was so impressed by it and my son was so excited when he saw it. He also enjoyed eating Dusty's eyeballs . .they looked so yummy. I had a number of people ask me where I got the cake and they kept telling me how moist and delicious it was.
I have kept all of the tools from the top of the cake for my son, they were made so perfectly. I will be sure to get in touch for my daughters first birthday in November!

These cakes are amazing. With meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch they look great and taste even better. I'm not much of a cake person but this is like paradise in your mouth. No stale, dry, cardboard store cake, the cakes made by Tim are something special. BTW my birthday is coming up...

Hello Tim,
I believe ours was one of the very first wedding cakes you ever tried. It was absolutely gorgeous! So much so that every single one of our guests stood around it to see if the flowers were real! Even the chef at the Mount Stephen Club asked us where we managed to find such an incredible cake. He said he'd never seen one more beautiful in his life! I agree....we could never have imagined a wedding cake as spectacular as the one you created. As a matter of fact, we kept delaying the cake cutting ceremony on our wedding night so we wouldn't have to "ruin" it!
Once we had one bite into the moist yumminess inside it was heavenly. I must also point out that the top layer cake was just as delicious when we sliced into it a year later on our first anniversary!
